Bipolar Transistor
Semefab has designed and fabricated a portfolio of discrete
Bipolar transistors.
There are 9 different die sizes within the Bipolar portfolio
with current ratings from 1A to 160A. There are a multitude of
specifications within the portfolio with 19 main device types and a
multitude of breakdown voltages and gains. Within the portfolio,
there are options on substrate thickness; output current tolerances
and supply formats.
Our Bipolar transistors are typically used in power electronics
and industrial control applications.
