JFET Transistors
Semefab has designed and fabricated a portfolio of Low Noise
JFET transistors. The JFET transistors have low leakage currents of
<1pA.
There are 3 different devices within the JFET portfolio with
different RDSon resistances; different breakdown voltages and
different gains.
Our JFET transistors are used in a variety of applications
including low noise amplifiers; charge sensitive
amplifiers; audio frequency amplifiers; PIR sensors;
microphones; hearing aids etc.
