MEMS Pressure Sensors

The MEMS pressure sensor is a collaboration and is co-branded between Semefab and Acuity Inc.

Semefab presently offers 5 different pressure sensors to the market covering pressure ranges of 10mbar, 20mbar, 50mbar and 100mbar.

A second 10mbar pressure sensor exists for higher sensitivity applications.

The SF055103 and SF055104 pressure sensor die are a new generation of low-pressure die particularly suited for low-pressure differential sensing. This innovative design can be driven to higher pressures with good linearity performance, or further amplified for lower pressure sensitivity.

Our pressure sensors are used in a variety of applications including blood pressure monitoring, medical ventilation & respiration, HVAC and air flow control; industrial pressure and flow control.
