Photo Diodes & Opto ICs

Semefab has designed and fabricated a portfolio of Photo Diodes.

The Photo Diodes have nominal responses of 1.0µA/Lux and 1.25µA/Lux and have component codes of 412101-B and 412101e respectively.

Opto ICs are created where the application requires some additional control circuitry to support the specific Photo Diode application. These devices are application specific and therefore limited data can be included within the website.

Our Photo Diodes are used in a variety of applications including optical smoke sensors; dusk/dawn sensing; security lighting; display backlighting - laptops, mobile phones, & LCD TVs; Night-lights etc.
