MOS/Bipolar Development Business Model

Within the MOS/Bipolar development business model, Semefab develops optimum processes in order to deliver the pre-agreed outcomes.

Semefab works with a number of MOS/Bipolar design houses to design the devices structures from which Semefab can then develop and induct a process flow.

Alternatively, Semefab can develop a process flow directly from a customer's devices structure, or induct a customer's process flow directly.

Semefab has a non-exclusive design collaboration with LinkMOS for the creation of MOS/Bipolar structures.

The Semefab value proposition enables technology commercialisation and the seamless transition to volume foundry utilising the same equipment and personnel.

This commercialisation model eliminates the headache of moving from the lab environment to volume manufacture.

Semefab shall support technology transfers should a customer wish to use a non-Semefab foundry operation for extremely high volumes.
