MOS/Bipolar Volume Foundry
Semefab supports 6" & 4" MOS/Bipolar volume foundry
utilising both its Fab 3 & Fab 1 respectively.
Fab 3 is a 1,200 square metre class 100 operation (class 10
Photo) supporting 6" MOS/Bipolar volume foundry down to 0.8µm
dimensions.
Fab1 is a 425 square metre class 100 operation (class 10 Photo)
supporting 4" MOS/Bipolar volume foundry down to 2-3µm
dimensions.
The combination of Fab1 or Fab3 with Fab2 allows the integration
of MOS/Bipolar and MEMS technologies.
With a diverse process portfolio and a long successful history
of process development, optimisation and induction Semefab's
MOS/Bipolar foundries are the industry's low-risk, long-term
foundry partner.
