Custom Foundry

Utilising the CMOS1 and MEMS2 fabs, Semefab provides a custom foundry service to its customers.
Standard process building blocks do exist, but Semefab offers the added advantage of customising the process steps to the customer’s specific requirements.

CMOS1 supports a 4” process flow…

MEMS2 supports a 6” and 4” MEMS flow….

Combined, CMOS1 & MEMS2 support a 4” CMOS & MEMS integrated flow…

When CMOS3 is operational (scheduled October 2010),
CMOS3 & MEMS2 will support a 6” CMOS & MEMS integrated flow…
