Where synergies exist, product commercialisation can be undertaken in collaboration with the customer.
Semefab will not compete with its customers, but rather provide stand alone custom foundry or work collaboratively with the customer to maximise the commercial opportunity of the product(s).

Where such synergies exist Semefab and the customer sign formal legal agreements ensuring transparency.
