Under the SemeMEMS Initiative, Semefab operates a MEMS development business model as the primary UK Wafer Fab Node for Micro and Nanotechnology. As such, SemeMEMS offers open-access MEMS development throughout the full technology cycle (feasibility, proof of concept and prototyping).

SemeMEMS is a capable enabler to technology companies and academic institutes wishing to commercialise their research.

 

The SemeMEMS - Semefab value proposition enables seamless, cost-effective transition from development to volume fabrication. SemeMEMS shall also support technology transfers should a customer wish to use a non-Semefab foundry operation for extremely high volumes.
